Challenge
A growing limestone operation ran on spreadsheets and manual invoices, causing reconciliation errors and zero real-time visibility into warehouse stock across departments.
Solution
Delivered a Flutter Web ERP on a MySQL backend with automated invoicing, a PDF/Excel reporting engine, role-based access, and ObjectBox offline caching for field use — replacing the manual workflow end to end.
